You might try asking the Heath, Beauty and Cosmetics (HBC) Department Manager or an Assistant Store Manager if they know the name of their Unilever (Suave Brand owner) Retail Sales Merchandiser (RSM)? The RSM would be able to provide them information on bottle size(s) that your Kroger is approved to carry and also other surrounding Kroger stores that shelf 28z bottles?
