I won a bag of charcoal, but have not been able to play again since the first day. When I log in it says “You’ve already won the maximum number of prizes for today”.
I won Sunday night and it wouldn’t let me play Monday or today. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

After reading the official rules I found….Limit one (1) coupon per person/email address/Plus card account, across all banners. I wonder if that is to be interpreted as you can ONLY win one item? I am having the exact same message after winning the Dr. Pepper.

I had to change browsers, even though it let me sign in with my Kroger account and everything, there was no bar to click (even after I knew where to “look” for it with my mouse).

I won the free oreos too but when I looked on my Kroger card list, it is a B1G1 deal where you have to buy a 10 oz or larger package of Oreos to get one free! 🙁
I also won the oreos & it you get a container of oreos that is at least 10oz package, so get the biggest one U can find and it is free.
