The Target Coupon Policy clearly states you can use one Target coupon and one manufacturer’s coupon per item purchased, so this scenario is completely in line with that. The manufacturer pays for one, the store pays for the other. Walking in with a manufacturer coupon is just like handing over cash. (just a little pep talk in case you run into trouble!)
I meant the Scrubbing Bubbles Power Sprayer Starter Kit and refill, and the manager lady also tried to say it was not the same thing on the target coupon and the manufacturer’s coupon. Everything would have went through fine if the cashier didn’t think the total was too low.
