My kroger refused the coupons and I feel they are right, the coupons look funky, even if they are smartsource.

Katie, the coupons you link for the kotex are store coupons that are supposed to be for family dollar only. The barcode of the printable is the same as the insert coupon from the 3/29 SS with family dollar logo all over it. That coupon does not state manufacturer coupon so it can’t be used at kroger.
The link Katie posted prints coupons that are store coupons, not manufacturer’s coupons. There isn’t even a remit to address on them. They should not be used.

I have a question. I tried using two printed coupons for the same product and using them in 1 transaction at Walmart. The cashier wouldn’t let me use two, she said it was a copy because it had the same coupon code. Has this happened to anyone before?

It has happened to me before. I think it is due to poor knowledge of the employee. when it happened I told them, coupon can be verified against their database(Information is listed on the coupon itself ) Luckily the manager was nearby and he told that lady that it is very normal to have multiple coupons of the same product.
Alot of the boxes have .50 off coupons on them as well
