You DO have to buy more than just 10 cups worth, I bought 20 cups and got $2.00 on the 1st with no problems.

I tried the yogurt coupon at our local krogers/Michigan and I didnt receive a catalina. Just thought I.d let everyone know. (Midland-Michigan)
It’s because the catalina was for buying 15-19 and you get $1.25 or 20+ to get $3. Buying just 10 doesn’t work. I bought 16 yesterday and the catalina printed just fine here in Arizona.
It didn’t give me the $3 but it did ecoupon on top of the $2 off. So I did get $3 off.
The Catalina didn’t print for me in Kenton, OH. For those who bought and didn’t get the deal, how do you get kroger to refund the cash back or Catalina to pay out?
Carrie, my Catalinas have not printed on about 3 different occasions (usually because they are out of paper or the machine is broken). I tell them that, they call the manager and they always give the catalinas to me in cash. (That’s as long as you know what you are supposed to get). Because the manager always gives me cash I never had to go to the catalina website. But I usually do it right on the spot
It didn’t come out in Columbus at my Kroger, but they just gave it to me in cash!
Didn’t work for me either in Circleville Ohio. I submitted it to the Catalina website. Hope they’ll come through! I also didn’t see the $1 off 4 coupon until I came home from the store but that’s ok.

CAT did not print for me either, CS said it would honor it if CAT company did not, I did try the buy 16 get $1.25 and that did print. Was hoping to double dip with the buy 10, someone did say it did work for them, maybe because they did buy $10 to get their $$ above $10.
