Steps to participate:
- Spend $30.00 on participating products during a Qualifying Period
- Rewards Points will automatically load your your account.
- Visit POINTS REWARDS PLUS and login with your Kroger digital account
- Start redeeming Rewards

There is an obvious technical issue with the PointsRewardsPlus website, and it is significantly impacting the First 10 Days of Summer promotion today, June 29. I can successfully log into my Points Rewards Plus online account but when I click on the First 10 Days of Summer slider banner the page merely reloads again, and again, and again. There is no way to navigate to the poll due to the looping webpage. Therefore, I cannot participate in the voting and earn today’s 1,000 bonus points. I have tried multiple devices and multiple browsers, to no avail.
I filed complaints with Kroger customer service, as well as with Points Rewards Plus. A Kroger chat agent provided me with the phone number for Points Rewards Plus, but they are closed on Saturdays (Murphy’s law strictly enforced). If the broken link on the website is not fixed prior to midnight, many Kroger customers will lose out on the biggest points bonus day of the promotion. I wonder how many Points Rewards Plus members the website snafu is affecting?
