If you are NEW to Kroger Pickup, come read some details about it:
If you are new to Kroger Pickup/Clicklist then keep on reading to find out how easy and awesome this service is. This can really make shopping a breeze.
It’s so easy! Just go HERE and register or login to your Kroger.com account, or use the Kroger App. Then, simply browse for the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart. During the ordering process, you’ll be asked to select a pickup time and location (right now it will be a longer wait time). At your scheduled time, pull up at the Online Ordering drive-through (there will be signs to help guide you). A friendly Associate will assist you and load your groceries right into your car. And off you go!
Here are my Top 10 favorite things about using Kroger Pickup:
- I can take my time creating my menu plan for the week and add items to my cart as I go. I’m very “Type A” so this just makes me happy to be super organized this way.
- Kroger remembers what my most frequently purchased items are and displays those first for quicker, more convenient shopping. You can even create a “favorites” list for those frequently purchased items and with one click, you’re good to go!
The service fee is just $4.95 (may vary by region), but is waived for your first 3 orders!Trust me, you will definitely save this much (or more!) by not stepping foot into the store and succumbing to those impulse purchases! For a limited time this fee is WAIVED when you spend $35.00 (but that’s easy, right?)!- Kroger Pickup orders count toward your fuel points just like in-store purchases.
- When placing an order, you will be asked to select a 1-hour window (between 8 am – 9 pm, 7 days a week) to pick up your order. You can reserve a timeslot up to three days in advance! I try to arrive in the MIDDLE of the 1-hour window to beat the rush.
- I always include instructions like how ripe I’d like my bananas and avocados, the specific weight of my bag of cherries, how thin I’d like my deli meat sliced (chipped please!), the fact that I prefer the SKINNY asparagus if available. AND that if they have to substitute my eggs, I only want those from HAPPY chicken (pasture raised). 😁
- My items are stored for maximum freshness until I come pick them up, including refrigeration for items that require it.
- Kroger now texts me before I pick up my order so I can review any necessary substitutions!
- Kroger Digital Coupons I have loaded will automatically apply to my order at pickup. If I have paper coupons, I always tell them that when I call to let them know that I’m there (if they don’t already ask).
- When I arrive at my store, I just call the number on the sign to let them know I’ve arrived. An Associate brings my order out to my car, loads all my groceries, and I’m on my way in minutes!
A couple more things to keep in mind…
When you place your order, you’ll see an estimated total at checkout. Your card will be charged for a final total amount when you receive your order. Prices shown when you place your order may differ at the time you receive your order due to coupons, substitutions, taxes (if applicable) and weighted items. Your digital coupons will not reflect until you’ve picked up your order.
Online prices reflect the price in-store on the day you place your order. However, prices may change between the time you place your order and the time you pick up your order at the store and pay for it. For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday but pick it up on Wednesday, keep in mind that most Kroger sale cycles begin on Wednesday so things may go on or off sale at the time of payment. The exact price of each item will be printed on your receipt.
There is no Catalina machine for this department. If you are expecting a Catalina to print, you must use the regular registers in store.

Kroger Pickup Now Offering SNAP/EBT Payments! (Will SOON be available in all markets)!
BIG NEWS! Kroger Pickup offering SNAP/EBT Payments!!
Update: Go in and check to see if your Kroger now offers SNAP/EBT. CEO Rodney McMullen stated in a recent video that ALL Kroger stores would have this option by the end of month so hopefully yours has NOW made the list.
Great news! If you’ve been wanting to pay with SNAP/EBT then you can NOW use this with your Kroger Pickup Order!!
SNAP EBT payments for pickup orders are now accepted at stores in Ohio, northern Kentucky and select stores in Nashville. When placing your pickup order, when you get to Payment Option, choose “SNAP EBT at Pickup.” When you arrive at your pickup location, swipe your EBT Card to complete your order. At this time, WIC is not currently accepted.
If you’re super excited and want to learn more, I have TONS of information that will make your shopping trip a success!!
As many of you already know, Kroger has waived the $4.95 Kroger Pickup fee indefinitely. That’s not the reason I LOVE Kroger Pickup, but it is AMAZING of them to do this! Many of you are having issues with reserving a reasonable time due to the popularity of this service right now. Watch the video above for a tip from Team Kroger Krazy that will help your cause (this is the part I love). 😉 😍
Ok, here it is…PLAN AHEAD! You know you’re going to need groceries, so start your cart NOW! To begin, just add a couple of items and reserve your time…do that now. Go through the entire checkout process, including payment confirmation. Then, between now and up until 11:59 P.M. the night before your scheduled pickup, you can continue to add or modify your your cart. As we post deals here on Kroger Krazy, add them to your cart! Your pickup time will not change, because you have already reserved a spot that’s available (maybe for next week).
Here’s how:
- Log in to your Kroger.com account
- Make sure you are shopping via PICKUP
- Start adding items to your cart (can be just a couple items for now)
- View your Cart, and reserve your pickup time
- Go through the ENTIRE checkout process, including payment and submit your order
- Boom! Your time is reserved! But GUESS WHAT? You can still make changes, go through every day and add or edit your order if needed! All you are doing is reserving your spot so you don’t feel rushed to complete your cart right away.
I’m ready to answer another important question. How do I modify my order?
From your PC, you’ll need to do the following:
- Click on your name (account) at the top right hand side. In drop down menu you’ll click ‘My Purchases’
- Your past purchases will show up (both in-store and pick-up)
- Click modify order and you’ll be able to add more items to your cart (as shown above)
- Add additional items (I added a couple packages of Kroger brand Cheese)
- Click ‘Review Order’ (shown below)
- On next screen click ‘Submit Order’ (shown below)
Modifying from your phone is a little different but just as easy. You’ll need to:
- Open the Kroger App
- At top of screen Pickup Order, location and time and below it will read ‘Add Items to Pending Order’, click there (as shown below)
- Click ‘Modify This Order’ (as shown below)
- On next screen you will be able to add your additional items.
- When done, click ‘Confirm Changes’ (as shown below)
You will then receive an email from Kroger letting you know that your order has been modified and they will remind you of your pickup time. I have modified my order 4 times already. Please NOTE: You will see multiple charges in your bank account just as you were going to Kroger to pick up these items daily. I know that may be hard for some but it still is a life saver for me. Best idea ever!

[adthrive-in-post-video-player video-id=”yfpCzQLr” upload-date=”2020-04-01T23:42:44.000Z” name=”Kroger Pickup Reserve Time” description=”Here’s a tip from Team Kroger Krazy that will help reserve your Kroger Pickup time ” player-type=”default” override-embed=”default”]

FREE Kroger Pickup until Further Notice ($4.95 Fee Waived)
Free Kroger Pickup until Further Notice!
For many of us that are using Pickup a lot more often due to the Coronavirus I am about to make you happy because we get our $4.95 fee waived until further notice! All you have to do is make your list. At checkout the fee will automatically be waived. No coupon codes needed. Please NOTE: NO minimum to get the fee waived.
Please note, we do have many items out of stock right now but Kroger employees are working around the clock and extra hours to get our favorite item on shelves.
Check our our Kroger Must Do Deals.
And our FAVORITE items included in our Kroger Mega Event.
Here are my Top 10 favorite things about using Kroger Pickup/ClickList:
- I can take my time creating my menu plan for the week and add items to my cart as I go. I’m very “Type A” so this just makes me happy to be super organized this way.
- Kroger remembers what my most frequently purchased items are and displays those first for quicker, more convenient shopping. You can even create a “favorites” list for those frequently purchased items and with one click, you’re good to go!
The service fee is just $4.95 (may vary by region), but is waived for your first 3 orders!Trust me, you will definitely save this much (or more!) by not stepping foot into the store and succumbing to those impulse purchases! For a limited time this fee is WAIVED!- Kroger Pickup orders count toward your fuel points just like in-store purchases.

Paisley Farm Bean Salad and Vegetables as low as $2.49 at Kroger!
Paisley Farm Bean Salads and Vegetables are showing up on our shelves at Kroger (located near the canned vegetables and beans). These products are made out of the freshest ingredients and appear in our kitchens with the most colorful combinations bursting with flavor. I have been on a cauliflower kick for a few months and gave this jar a try. It’s truly sweet and delicious and there wasn’t any need to add any ingredients to enhance the flavor. It was perfect. You’ll taste authenticity in every spoonful of Paisley Farm products that range from bean salads to sweet pickled beets. Paisley Farm items are all gluten-free and there are tons of recipe ideas for all of the items on their website.
I grew up on a farm and we really did live by the “from farm to table” lifestyle. Our vegetables and proteins were all grown on the farm and during the winter we’d eat our Summer foods. I may not do this completely with vegetables anymore but I am glad I have somewhere to go to get that quality and flavor I like. Try the sweet cauliflower on a big salad. You won’t be disappointed.
Oh. You want a deal. Right now we have a $2.50 off Kroger Digital Clicklist Coupon. That means you’ll be able to try any one jar for almost half off. I am confident you’ll love them so much that you’ll head back to Kroger to pick up another jar or two for your pantry.
Coupon can be downloaded now but must be used by December 8th. Exclusive coupon valid for curbside pickup only. Not valid with delivery orders.
