Okay, so  just got off the phone with Rite Aid Corporate, talked to Carol and got all of my questions answered! If you’ve been skeptical about using this program in your area…keep reading…I think you’re going to be pleasantly surprised! Here’s how the conversation went:

Me: I have the wellness card, my store register recognizes it. I also use the coupons with no problems. Am I doing something wrong here?

Carol: ABSOLUTELY NOT! You are not doing anything wrong. If you’re register recognizes the card, they are already set up to accept this program and the extra coupons. You are fine!

Me: Awesome. I write a blog…is it okay to advertise to my readers that it IS OKAY to start using this program? Many of them are concerned that the coupons state “Only valid in….” the 4 participating areas listed.

Carol: Yes, you can tell them to use the card and the coupons. The program goes live nationwide on April 18th and so almost every store is already set up to accept the card and coupons. If not, they will be soon…

Me: Awesome. (Well, I could’ve said “Rad”!) :).  Thank you, have a great day, you’ve been wonderful, etc. etc.
