p.s. not sure why manufacturers put that statement on their q’s, because it is the store that picks up the tab for the second savings…that is one of their advertising methods to encourage you to shop their store(some krogers do the doubling and some do not, and i do not know what the kroger company bases their decision on for which location gets this kind of promoting or not)
depends on whether or not your store doubles coupons….mine doubles any manufacturer q up to 99cents, if it doesn’t double i tell them right on the spot and they fix it, if i catch it later, i just bring it in,….all the coupons that double will say bonus before the second amount, if it doesn’t then they know at the service desk that it didn’t and they will give you that amount back for each one that doesn’t double like it is supposed to. hope this helps
Didn’t double for me but they had plenty on the shelf and I had 2 coupons so $1 for two. Pretty good deal since they’re originally $1.99.

Curious…Why does a manufacturer care about doubling? Isn’t it the store that eats the cost of the doubled portion?
