denise, if i were you, i would either ask on the kroger facebook page or call the 1-800 number on their website kroger.com and see if you could get an accurate policy for your specific location…that would be very fustrating..they shouldn’t have said that to you, obviously it was someone that is uninformed about their own policy…they could have at least said we do(up to ?) or do not double q’s, and we limit ?amount like q’s per item per person per day…or whatever…need to at least state the rules even if they don’t hand out a copy, geesh..keep that receipt…maybe will get help or corrected later if possible..hope this helps ya 🙂
I had a Kroger Catalina for $2.00 of of 5 boxes of GM cereals so I saved even more. Bought 5, used 2-save $1.00 on 2 GM cereals coupons with my $2.00 catalina…..so each box was about $1.20!
How do I find out my local Kroger’s coupon policy? After several trips to this new (for me) location, they seem to do it differently each time. Today, the cashier would not double coupons, as she was manually entering each one. We had a difficult time communicating, so I took my receipt to the customer service desk to ask for her help. I spoke with the asst. store manager. When I asked “how do I obtain a copy of the store’s coupon policy?” she said they “can’t give that out.” I was very taken aback, as they’re requiring me to follow rules I don’t know, and clearly their staff doesn’t know either. Any suggestions? (PS, nothing was fixed on my receipt, and for what should have been a super-awesome deal total at the end, it was as if I’d only used a single coupon or two.)
The yellow box Cheerios at my Louisville Ky store at 18 oz. for the $1.99. After the double coupon it is just $0.99 for that big box….great deal!
