Photo Disclaimer: I debated posting this picture because #1: I’m not happy with the way I look (but on the right track) and #2: my daughter snuck up on me while I was primping and now everyone will know how vain I am. But I figured, HEY this is ME and it will be great in a few more weeks to compare my progress. Plus my bathroom is clean, so no worries. 😉
Fellow Weight Watchers! I know it’s been a couple weeks since I’ve even talked about weight loss, but rest assured that I am still in the game…thanks in part to your encouraging words. I’ve been soooooo busy lately, so I apologize (again) for being so quiet.
I am so excited to share that I have lost a total of 10 pounds since we started the plan January 1st. Not my best record, but it’s progress and I’m content with that.
You guys have shared some great tips and I hope I have helped you too. 😉
Here are my latest tricks:
- I quit the Coffee-Mate addiction. Sad, Sad, Sad Face. But it had to be done. That stuff is 1 point per tablespoon and I like to have like 4 tablespoons per cup! LOL. I really miss it, but I have seen a big difference, so it’s all good.
- I have been drinking LOTS of water, which I love anyway. Just have to remember to keep filling my bottle because I get busy and forget. But otherwise I’m a great water drinker.
- The last couple weeks I’ve also chopped up a ton of veges and put them in one of those fancy veggie containers so that they are easily accessible. My husband and strange child love this too.

I’m just starting my 4th week with WW. I lost 6.6 pounds so far. It is hard, but I need to make a life style change. We can do this girls!

I just started back a week ago and am down 4.5 my first week. Have you checked out the skinnytaste website? Her recipes are amazing and ww friendly she lists all the portions sizes and ww points

well I think that’s great losing 10 lbs . I bet you feel better to look great! I have been off of sugar for about a week and been riding my bike so I feel better . been eatting cut up veggies as well and water is good too . keep it up . you look great!

you look Great…My husband and I started doing W.W. about the 2nd week in JAn… This is our first time with W.W. I have lost a little over 15 lbs as of Sat… I love it. It is much easier than I ever thought it would be. I am like Teri though, I think sometimes I am hurting myself by not eating all of my points for the day and they really do encourage you to do so.. I Rarely go into my extra weekly points and when I do it is only 3 or 4 points. I just do not want to get in the habit of doing that at least until I have lost my weight and I am trying to maintain…Anyone who has been doing this a while, tell me what you think about that.. We are not going to meetings, but doing it online. That is just easier for our lifestyles. He travels a lot and I am home keeping children every day. I have about another 40 lbs I want to lose so this will be a LONG journey. OH, BTW, my husband has lost 22 lbs… MEN!!! he has twice the amount of points I have too.. lol

Rose! That’s exactly it! I’m 5 foot nothin’. So I would LOVE to lose another 10 pounds. Hope it all comes off the midsection and nowhere else. (hee hee)

You go girl! I’m just sticking to my workout routine. I’m in Nashville right now for BlissDom and just got back from the fitness center. I only ran 2 miles on the treadmill but I figured not bad for being up since 2am since we drove here. In 2 years I’m down 31 lbs and would like to lose 15 more. If I wasn’t so dang short I’d be happy with the weight I’m at now….

You are doing great! I joined Feb 1 and have lost 9 lbs. My biggest problem is not eating enough 🙁 who would have thought, lol. Because I have also quit smoking I want to snack so I fix ff cream cheese with cut green onions and some spices and 2 TBSP is 1 point and I put it in celery – its amazingly good, easy to fix and helps that smoking craving because it doesn’t take much to stuff a celery, lol.
Can’t wait until Wednesday when I weigh in 🙂 Good eating this week :)!
