Ok, I think the CoverGirl deal has finally been figured out and all of you can go out and get some free makeup! First of all, it seems like Kroger has finally fixed the glitch and ALL CoverGirl items should be ringing up with the P&G Mega discount of $1 off each item when you purchase 4 participating items. These will most likely NOT be tagged indicating that they are included, but they were advertised as an inclusion. If you want to be completely sure, take your items to any cash register or customer service and if it rings up with this < + symbol, then it is a mega sale item!

Now onto the issue of this new $2 coupon we received in the P&G insert this past weekend. The coupon states: $2/1 CoverGirl LashBlast Mascara or Eye Shadow from 4/28 PG (exp 5/31). At first I thought there was an eye shadow under the LashBlast category, but no…there isn’t. So I contacted CoverGirl directly just to make sure that this coupon could be used on ANY eye shadow and here is how that conversation went:

So that clears up any doubt I had about whether or not you can use the coupon on eye shadow. The answer is YES!
