Kroger just dropped their Online Deal Days event and it’s packed with online-only savings… but you have to shop pickup or delivery to get them. The event runs April 22 through May 5, and they’re clearly pushing convenience hard right now. Think quick orders, fast delivery, and extra savings layered on top.
Here’s where it gets good. New online shoppers can score $30 off a $75 pickup or delivery order, plus there’s free delivery on orders over $50 during the event.
And then… the coupons. There are digital deals across thousands of items, including things like 25% off Simple Truth protein items and select Private Selection frozen foods.
If you’ve got Boost, it gets even better. You can stack 10% off produce (April 22–28) and then 10% off meat and seafood (April 29–May 5) right on top of everything else.
Kroger also shared that shoppers are leaning into online more than ever because it saves serious time… about 47 minutes with delivery and 29 minutes with pickup.

It’s so easy! Just go HERE and register or login to your Kroger.com account, or use the Kroger App. Then, simply browse for the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart. During the ordering process, you’ll be asked to select a pickup time and location (right now it will be a longer wait time). At your scheduled time, pull up at the Online Ordering drive-through (there will be signs to help guide you). A friendly Associate will assist you and load your groceries right into your car. And off you go!
A couple more things to keep in mind…
When you place your order, you’ll see an estimated total at checkout. Your card will be charged for a final total amount when you receive your order. Prices shown when you place your order may differ at the time you receive your order due to coupons, substitutions, taxes (if applicable) and weighted items. Your digital coupons will not reflect until you’ve picked up your order.
Online prices reflect the price in-store on the day you place your order. However, prices may change between the time you place your order and the time you pick up your order at the store and pay for it. For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday but pick it up on Wednesday, keep in mind that most Kroger sale cycles begin on Wednesday so things may go on or off sale at the time of payment. The exact price of each item will be printed on your receipt.

Delivery is one of their online ordering services. You can shop online for the products you need and get them delivered to your doorstep the same day. Planning ahead? You can also choose a time slot for the next day or later.
All you have to do is place your order online, and the shopping will be done for you. Once the order is shopped and ready, you’ll get an alert that it’s on its way. A delivery driver will drop your groceries off on your doorstep.
How to start!
Start by signing in to your digital account. Next you’ll enter your zip code from the home page and choose “delivery” as your way to shop. (You can enter your full address later.) From here, simply search or browse the items you need and add them to your cart.
Is there a fee?
Yes, there is a service fee which can range from $9.95 to $11.95 depending upon your location. This fee is applied to your order at the time it’s placed.
Are coupons accepted?
While they can’t accept paper coupons on Delivery orders, they do accept digital coupons! Digital coupons can be clipped online and are automatically applied to your order. You’ll see discounts either at the time of delivery or in the form of an online payment adjustment within 48 hours. Orders placed through Delivery online will earn points towards fuel rewards.
What is the difference between Kroger Delivery and Third-Party Delivery?
Currently available in select markets, Kroger Delivery orders are shopped and delivered by trained Kroger associates. They also partner with third-party delivery services, like Instacart and Shipt, to help fulfill orders for our customers.
