You all know how much I love cooking. I spend most of my time in there and it’s time consuming (but totally worth it)! I love herbs but sometimes I don’t get to them all before going bad. I made Wonton Soup the other night and I had to use fresh ginger. Dorot Gardens ginger would have come in handy because using the spoon to get the peel off is a huge pain.
