This eco-friendly reusable snack bag will help eliminate waste and save you money on plastic baggies throughout the school year. It is made with a cotton exterior and nylon interior to make cleaning easy. You can rinse it out in the sink or throw it in the washing machine. The top is designed to fold over so that contents do not spill out. The adjustable strip of velcro allows you to fill it with snacks of varying sizes. It is finished with a rolled edge. Snack bag is approximately 6″ wide and 4.5″ to 6.5″ tall depending on where you place the velcro.

I grew up under the influence of my mom who strongly believed in “reduce, reuse, recycle”. We used cloth grocery bags in the 80’s before they were even in style, and have had a compost pile for as long as I can remember. It has only been recently though that I have begun sewing items that help prevent waste by eliminating the disposable products in our house. From reusable sandwich bags to cloth diapers and baby wipes, I love knowing we are keeping our earth a little greener, saving money, and doing it all with style.
