Dear Kroger Krazy, I really wish you could help us in some way with this ibotta deal. I like a few others had already downloaded the ibotta coupon before buyinh the items that’s why we even dared to make the purchase and then when came time to redeem the offer was not there, it’s just not right that they ( ibotta) would take it off after it was already loaded.
I had it on both Ibotta and Kroger cashback. My store does not have them, then I looked at Ibotta and the offer is gone. They had taken it off. It did not have a expiration on it.

you cannot use cash back on the app. you have to use a computer and go to Kroger.com
Do not link your kroger card to ibotta. If you do you can only use one cash back app.
